Bathroom and Shower Renovations in Rockdale
Rockdale sits about 13 km south of the Sydney CBD and is one of the administrative centres of Bayside Council. That's the same council area as our base in Bexley, about 2 km away by road. Sydney Best Reno renovates full bathrooms, showers and ensuites across Rockdale. Aslan has 15+ years' experience and manages each job personally.
New showers and wet areas
Sometimes the shower is the part of the bathroom that's letting you down: a cramped cubicle, an old bath-and-shower combination, or tired tiles and fittings. We do shower conversions, walk-in showers with recessed niches, new screens and fittings, and complete wet-area makeovers. A shower can be renovated on its own or as part of a full bathroom renovation. All work is licensed and compliant under NSW licence 397317C.
Full bathroom renovations in Rockdale apartments and houses
Rockdale is mostly apartments. In the 2021 Census, about 70% of occupied dwellings were flats or apartments and about a quarter were separate houses. We're happy to take on apartment and strata bathrooms. Check your by-laws early, and we'll give you a clear scope for your strata manager. In a house there's often room for a bigger rethink. A full renovation covers demolition, plumbing, tiling, vanity, shower and toilet, with any layout change planned carefully so the finished room suits how you use it. The full scope is on our bathroom renovations page.
Refresh now, renovate later
Not every bathroom needs a full rebuild straight away. Vanity, tapware and lighting upgrades can be done as a staged refresh, matched to your bathroom's style, with a full remodel later. Either way the process is the same: on-site measure and quote, then scope, selections and timeline, then a licensed build with regular updates, then a final clean and handover. Have a look at finished bathrooms in our gallery.
Around Rockdale we also work in Banksia, Arncliffe, Brighton-Le-Sands, Bardwell Valley, Turrella, Bexley and Kogarah, and on jobs right across Sydney. Kitchens are a smaller part of what we do. See kitchen renovations.
